What Is Rent To Buy ??????
Rent to buy is your opportunity to rent a clean, tidy and fully serviced older model car for a minimum of 1 year up to 2 years and with the option to buy it at the successful completion of the contract.

This system is designed to provide an inexpensive local Brisbane based low km usage vehicles.
Cars cannot be taken more than 500ks from Brisbane GPO Cannot be used for Uber or similar transport business.
We allow up to 20,000ks of usage per year of the contract.
10c per km after that.
Includes 2 services per year hired and due every 7500km.
Includes all required Servicing, Registration and Comprehensive Insurance.
Extra services must be paid for by the hirer.
A $2000 upfront deposit is required.
Approximately $200 per week payments plus insurance (approximately $45).
Automatically deducted from your nominated account.

Personal Property Security Register
Our vehicles all come with proof of clear title.
- This document shows any financial interest in the car so if there is a loan on it or legal encumbrance then it will show up.
- It also shows whether there is any reported repaired damage
- Will indicate whether the vehicle is stolen

Major Service Invoice
A detailed invoice showing exactly what has just been done to the vehicle. Parts and labour along with a detailed explanation of what’s been done to your car. The work done on the car is covered by our 6 month 10,000km warranty period so if you have any issue with the car please bring it back. This is on top of the statutory warranty on the car
Current Registration Status
If the vehicle you are buying is registered then you will get a copy of the downloaded printed info from Queensland Transports Website. This will give you all the cars info plus the registration expiry date. It’s also a free from the Queensland Transport Website so you can check any car you wish to purchase
Roadworthy Inspection Certificate
Cars sold with a current RWC come with a paper copy and an electronic version on the Qld Transport Department Website. This means that we can transfer the registration online. If you are buying an unregistered car with a RWC then you will still need to attend the DOT office to collect your plates.
There are no forms to fill out anymore. You will just need your drivers licence and the RWC number from the certificate on the top right of the form.
Vehicle Checklist
Vehicles sold through us all go through a detailed 36-point inspection checklist. Its is very comprehensive and covers all mechanical, electrical, physical, cleanliness and road test items to make sure when you drive it away the car is as it should be.
