BNI (Business Network International) is a professional networking organisation built around relationships, trust and word-of-mouth referrals. Local business owners meet regularly, get to understand each other’s businesses and actively look for opportunities to recommend and refer each other.

But for me, BNI is about much more than simply generating referrals.

One of the biggest benefits is being surrounded by other business owners with completely different skills, knowledge and experience. You can learn an enormous amount just by talking with people who have faced similar challenges and may approach business from a completely different direction.

Running a business isn’t always easy. Having a group of people around you who understand the pressures, challenges and occasional battles that come with owning a business can be incredibly valuable. Sometimes a conversation or a fresh idea from another business owner is all it takes to look at a problem differently.

BNI can help you build stronger local relationships, generate quality referrals, increase awareness of your business and develop a network of trusted people you can confidently recommend to your own customers, friends and family.

We meet locally every Friday morning at 7:00 am for around 90 minutes, and we’re always happy to invite local business owners along as guests.
