Property damage to this car or any other persons property is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• This vehicle has CTP insurance only. You are responsible for any financial loss, infringements, damage & Tolls. This also includes total car loss repair/Replacement maximum $12000

• Vehicle recovery cost is renters’ responsibility, NO LIMIT.

• All debt recovery fees are the renter’s responsibility, NO LIMIT.

• Rented vehicles not retuned at the end of hire will be reported to police as stolen

• Rented vehicles are fitted with Air tags in the event the car needs to be recovered, removing this airtag will result in the immediate termination of this contract and the car reported stolen to the police.

• A fee will be charged for the vehicles down time during repairs to cover lost income

• Cars must be returned washed and tidy prior to return. Otherwise is $55 min charge

• CAR WASH AT THE END OF THE STREET WITH VACUUM FACILITIES

• Interior or exterior damages charged at repair cost

• Cars are NON-SMOKING, cleaning fees will be applied. $250 minimum

• Tolls will be automatically charged to the card that’s listed on your contract

• Rent to extend, Kms & Tolls coat must be paid weekly with weekly pictures of the odometer sent

• You authorize us to use the supplied credit card for rental/repair period costs

• Refunds processed remotely can take up to 5 bank days to clear your account

• Infringement notices will incur a MINIMUM $100 Administration fee to transfer to hirers name, NO LIMIT

• There is no roadside assistance or recovery, you can be charged for at fault issues

• No learner drivers or anyone on their red P plates are permitted to operate any of our hire vehicles at any time and will not under any circumstances be covered under our insurance. The rental customer who is listed on the contract will be liable for any and all damage to the vehicle or property.

• Green P platers while able to operate the hired vehicle will not be covered on any insurance and will be held liable for any and all damage to the vehicle or property. You may seek your own insurance on the vehicle for the duration of hire.
